How the VPN connection is protected
Plain answers on what the tunnel covers.
The key sets up a VLESS over Reality connection. Between your device and our server, traffic travels inside TLS 1.3, and to the owner of the network it looks like an ordinary HTTPS session to a single address.
What the tunnel covers
- Which sites and apps you use is hidden from the Wi-Fi owner and your internet provider
- DNS lookups go through the tunnel instead of the local network
- Sites you visit see the server's address, not the hotel's or your home's
What it cannot cover
- Accounts you sign in to still know it is you
- Malware already on your device
- A fake website you choose to type your password into
Why there is no app of ours
You install a free, open source client maintained by other people, then paste the key. Their code is public; ours would be one more program to trust on your phone.
