Terms of use

A ViewPoint VPN plan gives you an encrypted connection through our servers for the term you paid for, on up to five devices at the same time. A term does not renew by itself.

Not allowed

• Anything that is illegal where you are or where our server is
• Spam, scanning or attacks on other networks
• Gambling services and pirated content
• Selling, sharing publicly or reposting your key

Payments and refunds

Each term is paid in one go inside the Telegram bot, and the bot shows the price and length before you confirm. If the key will not work on your connection, tell the bot what happens; refunds are decided case by case.

Limits we are honest about

A VPN protects the connection between your device and our server. It does not hide your identity from sites you sign in to, and it does not change the terms of streaming or sports services, which decide for themselves whether to accept a VPN address.
